September 2008 – May 2009. Gender Stand Capacity (GenCap) by Gender Adviser.  Palestine.
Being a member of a pool of gender advisers of IASC (Inter Agency Standing Committee), UN global humanitarian committee consists of UN Agencies and International NGOs based in New York. The responsibility included a provision of technical assistance and strategic advices in regards to information/analysis, programming/planning, coordination, capacity building and advocacy for Humanitarian Country team led by the UN Humanitarian Coordinator.

June – July 2008. Gender Consultant. UNFPA-Indonesia.
Conducting Midterm Review of Gender Based Violence Program 2006-2010 in 6 provinces 21 districts.

March 2008 – August 2009. Gender Adviser . HCPI (HIV Cooperation Program for Indonesia), funded by Ausaid.
Support the integration of gender perspectives into HCPI and its partners planning, implementation and reporting.

February 2008 – April 2008.  Gender Consultant. A member of international tsunami evaluation team for ACT International, Indonesia, Srilanka, India.
Identify and share conclusions from lessons learned by analysing programmes effectiveness, efficiency, outcome and impact on the recovery and rehabilitation of communities of men, women, boys and girls in Tsunami-affected areas.

November – December 2007. Consultant. Germany Technical Corporation (GTZ).
Facilitated the development of Tsunami Early Warning Chain in Bantul-Yogyakarta and writing a proposal on TEWS for the local government.

October 2007 - present. Gender Trainer.
Provides training and technical assistance for gender mainstreaming in natural disaster ,conflict prevention and development issues   for the UN agencies and international NGOs. 

September 2007 – January 2008. Gender Consultant, International Labour Organization (ILO) Timor Leste and Indonesia.
Conducting research on gender and construction programs for Aceh’s reconstruction and rehabilitation and mainstreaming gender into ILO projects, develop tool kits and good practices documentation also providing capacity building for ILO staffs and partners in Timor Leste.
