Introducing Finance Policy, Procedures and system to the new Finance team in country office in Yangon and field office in Dedaye
Facilitate training on finance system and procedures including verifying logistic and procurement request to the team though class training and mentoring
Train the finance team on asset register both country and projects assets and inventories
Training the partnership team on finance management on partners finance monitoring
Advise to the management on budget preparation, monthly budget monitoring, set up finance monitoring system.
Train the country finance team to understand donor requirements, preparing donor reports
Review report to donors including its supporting documents to meet donor requirements : ECHO, DEC,Oxfam International affiliates and other donors.

Provide direct support to Senior Mangers of financial of country office and project ; ensure effective use of resources across the programme.
Prepare country budget ,  quality checking and advise for project budget / proposal, regular budget monitoring
Manage cash and bank books; balance sheet account reconciliation; production of timely management information;
Prepare finance report to donors : SDC, ECHO, EC, DFID, Oxfam Affiliates, State of Jersey and other small donors and country finance report; monthly and quarterly report.
Lead the country programme team on financial and project administration policy and procedures
Direct supervision of Country finance team and indirectly sup[ort and advise project/ sub office finance staff
Develop field finance guideline /manual for updating donor and internal Oxfam headquarter requirements
Provide capacity building to Afghanistan country team and field teams for Oxfam accounting system and general finance management trough training, coaching and mentoring.
