Support the design, planning and management of UNFPA’s Country Programme by providing and managing data inputs, providing logistical support, monitoring project implementation and following up on recommendations. Apply established systems and procedures and assist in the creation of substantive knowledge by compiling, synthesizing and analyzing information relevant to population and development, reproductive health and gender issues. Working under supervision of the Assistant Representative and Programme Officer for Population & Development Strategy (PDS) and Advocacy.

Programme Officer – Driving Change Programme
Responsible for managing implementation (including all local level M&E) of Driving Change Project (Strengthening Civil Society engagement in the planning, implementation and monitoring of pro-poor local government policies in Indonesia) in NTT Province. Direct partner management; provide support to partners in problem analysis, project design and implementation, and other support as needed; assists in liaising with government (provide greater leverage, as requested by local partners). Working with other Programme Officers and external resources to implement Oxfam’s capacity building activities (eg. advocacy, gender) and responsible for periodical reporting to donor. Working under direct supervision of Programme Manager of Driving Change.

Programme Assistant – Humanitarian Programme
Assist the management of Oxfam GB’s country Humanitarian Programme in Indonesia (Humanitarian Assistance, Conflict Reduction and Disaster Management) at various stages of programme cycle, from assessment through monitoring, including reviewing financial report of the projects, as well as assisting capacity building activities for implementing partners (non-governmental organizations). Working under direct supervision of Humanitarian Programme Coordinator.

Field Monitor – Urban and Rural Section
Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of School Children Programme, OPSM programme (subsidized rice for poor community) and Nutrition Programme (supplementary feeding for <5 and nutrition education for mothers) in urban slum areas in Surabaya City and other poor districts in East Java Province (co-implemented with UNICEF), as well as for Central Kalimantan conflict affected IDPs in Madura. Also worked on poverty data updating for WFP programmes in Surabaya. Tasks include preparing project reports, advice and train partners on WFP procedures, and liaise with government authorities up to provincial levels. Working under direct supervision of Head of Surabaya Sub Office.
