Working as NGO activist for more than 20 years in different organizations, such as, PIPHAM/LAPASIP (human rights NGO), Christian NGO Network, ELSAM (human rights and advocacy-focused) as well as Oxfam GB, Indonesia (advocacy and poverty-focused specialist). Well-experienced in applying some program frameworks such as rights based approach, result-based management, disaster risk reduction and sustainable livelihood, etc., he has been involved in various works for capacity building program, monitoring and evaluation, research and assessment for program and organizational development, both for international and national NGOs. During these last five years, he serves as a consultant for advocacy, governance, public policy analysis, labor and human rights, program and organizational development issues, at CIRCLE Indonesia, Yogyakarta. Have some successful experiences in accessing official donors such as to EC and DFID, and facilitating some organization to access official donors.
