Training

Circle Indonesia manages a regular training and a tailor-made training based on the demand of users. Regular trainings provided are:

Consultancies, Coaching or Mentoring

Consultancies/Coaching/Mentoring is an iterative means to meet organization needs in a specific area of organizational development.

Consultancies/Coaching/Mentoring is a model of capacity building that allows organization and Circle directly addresses the capacity issue within the organization.

Some area of organizational development which has shown great success in applying these approaches are finance administration and management, human resources development, proposal development, and setting monitoring and evaluation system.

Facilitating Program Planning

Two areas of program planning where Circle Indonesia has abundant experiences are to facilitate organization strategic plan, and to assist the organization to develop their proposal. These two services usually are conducted through a workshop that involves stakeholders of the organization.
