CIRCLE INDONESIA TRAINING 2023
One of the focus issues of CIRCLE Indonesia is human resource development to support the empowerment of civil society and development. Various types of training have been held routinely every year for the public, as well as tailor-made training according to the needs and requests of clients.
After vacuum for 2 years due to the COVIC 19 pandemic, CIRCLE Indonesia is going to conduct the regular training for 2023, with the following schedule:

Results and Impact Oriented Project Design and Planning | 3 days | Wednesday – Friday, 21 – 23 June 2023 |
Most Significant Change (MSC) Technique | 2 days | Monday – Tuesday, 17 – 18 July 2023 |
Participatory Program Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning | 3 days | Wednesday – Friday at, 26 – 28 July 2023 |
All the above training are guided by the facilitators and resource persons that are reliable and have plentiful of experiences in social development world. They are at least have worked and have experience as program manager, or team leader or consultant for national and international NGOs over 10 years.
Training is conducted by using adult learning methods and participatory, such as lectures, group discussions, simulations, case studies, review of short films, role playing and games. In addition to the knowledge and experience of facilitators and resource persons, participants were facilitated to share and exchange their experiences so that the overall training could be a pool of knowledge and experiences from those who were involved.
