General Objective: Improved management of health service quality pertaining to HIV, tuberculosis, mothers and children.

Specific Objective 1: Improving capability of Multi Stakeholder Forum in advocating better health service (pertaining to mothers and children, HIV and tuberculosis) through management of complaint survey.
Specific Objective 2: Improving capability of Implementing Partner Organisation in managing programmes and coordinating Multi Stakeholder Forum to advocate health service pertaining to mothers and children, HIV and tuberculosis)
